HLL Lifecare Limited (formerly Hindustan Latex Ltd.,is a Mini Ratna Public Sector Enterprise, under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. HLL’s Registered and Corporate office is at Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala. HLL was established in 1966 with the objective of providing quality condoms for the National Family Planning Programme. Over the last 2 decades, HLL, has transformed – from a Condom company to a Contraceptive company, then to a Healthcare products company and now to a Healthcare delivery company. At present HLL has 7 state-of-the art manufacturing facilities and 22 regional offices across India. HLL also has presence in more than 115 countries across the world.

HLL Biotech Limited
HLL Biotech Ltd. (HBL), a 100% subsidiary of HLL Lifecare Ltd (HLL), is partnering with Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India to set up a premium facility for production of vaccines for the National Immunization Programme and other new generation vaccines. HBL has been established at Chengalpattu near Chennai (Tamil Nadu) in Southern India. The main objective of HBL is to ensure safe and effective vaccines at affordable prices.

Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust (HLFPPT)
Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust (HLFPPT) established in 1992 as a social enterprise is a not-for-profit organisation promoted by HLL. The oldest and the largest social marketing organization in the country, HLFPPT aims to make available affordable health solutions to help communities overcome healthcare challenges. With over 500 employees, HLFPPT mainly supports implementation of Reproductive Child Health (RCH) and HIV prevention and care programmes in 11 states in India as part of its core activities.

LifeSpring Hospitals
Lifespring Hospitals, based in Hyderabad, hold an equity partnership between HLL and Acumen Fund Inc., a U.S.-based nonprofit global venture philanthropy fund. The hospital provides dignified maternity care and support services for the marginalised population. The chain currently has 12 hospitals in Hyderabad and has recorded over 30,000 successful deliveries so far.

Goa Antibiotics and Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (GAPL)
Goa Antibiotics and Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (GAPL) is a subsidiary of HLL. GAPL is a state-of-the-art Pharma manufacturing plant conforming to cGMP standards. GAPL has two manufacturing facilities for Ayurvedic and Homeopathic products in Rajasthan. The company also runs a chain of 24 X 7 Retail Pharmacy Outlets in the State of Goa.

HLL Management Academy (HMA)
HMA is a not-for-profit-organisation, which is the learning division of HLL. The Academy conducts specialized courses and training programes for healthcare industry. .
