Infrastructure Development Division bagged the Contract of setting up of Indian Institutes of Science Education & Research (IISER) at Trivandrum (Rs. 111 Cr) in July, 2014.
Procurement & Consultancy Division appointed as consultant for equipment procurement at Liberia by the Ministry of External Affairs in July, 2014.
Agreement signed with JIPMER for Phase IV Up gradation in August, 2014.

2015

MoU signed between Govt. of UP & HITES as PMC for setting up 200 bedded Mother & Child Hospital at Chitrakoot & Amethi during Mar-May' 2015.
MoHFW, GOI declared HITES as its “EXECUTING AGENCY” in November'2015.
Calibration & Testing Centre of HLL accredited with NABL in November'2015.
Facility Management Division started the Mechanized Cleaning work at AIIMS, Delhi
Agreement signed between MoHFW and HITES for Up gradation of 12 Govt. Medical Colleges under PMSSY Phase III (Rs. 960 Cr) in December'2015.

2016

Ministry of Commerce , GOI approved the proposal for setting up EMI/EMC lab at Noida under ASIDE grant (Rs. 14.5 Cr) in January, 2016.
MoU between HITES & DGHS for setting up Chemical, Biomedical, Radiological & Nuclear (CBRN) Medical Centre at Safdurjung Hospital, New Delhi in January'2016.
Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) appointed HITES as PMC for setting up Laboratory at New Delhi (Rs. 139 Cr) in Feb, 2016.
JIPMER appointed HITES as consultant for setting up JIPMER-II off-site campus at Karaikal in February' 2016.
UN Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre, engaged HITES for setting up 500 Bedded Cardiac Hospital at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Agreement Signed between HITES & Republic of Guinea to act as PMC for Strengthening of Health System in under line of credit funding by GOI.
HITES engaged by Govt. of Mizoram for Maintenance of the Bio-Medical Equipment.
MoHFW appointed HITES as Procurement Support Agency for 39 Govt. Medical College Institutions under PMSSY III in June'2016
MoU for the FY 2016-17 signed between HITES and HLL in Aug'2016.

HITES signed the 02nd phase of an agreement with the Government of Seychelles for providing medical equipments’ for the health sector of Seychelles in November'2017
HITES commenced Facility Management services at Govt. Medical College Gwalior & Bhopal during Dec'2017.
MoHFW, GOI approved the DPR for up gradation of GMC Agra and Kanpur under PMSSY-IV up gradation in December'2017.

2018

HITES commenced Facility Management services at Govt. Medical Colleges at Indore, Rewa , Sagar & Jabalpur Medical College during Jan-Feb'18.
